Shipping & Delivery

Most Mood & Spaces artworks are created within approximately 14 days of your order being confirmed.

A small number of artworks require a longer production process and may take approximately 4 weeks to complete. The estimated production time for each piece is shown on its individual artwork page.

Please note that production times are estimates and are separate from delivery times.

Mood & Spaces offers international delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated according to factors including the artwork, packaged dimensions and delivery destination and will be provided as part of the ordering process.

Once your artwork has completed production and has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive confirmation of shipment together with available tracking information.

Delivery times vary according to destination and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Every Mood & Spaces artwork is carefully packaged to protect it throughout its journey.

Depending on the artwork and delivery requirements, additional protective packaging or crating may be used to help ensure your piece arrives safely.

We encourage you to retain all packaging until you have inspected your artwork and are satisfied that it has arrived safely.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Where information regarding these charges is available as part of the ordering or delivery process, it will be communicated accordingly.

Any duties, taxes or customs charges applicable to an order will be handled in accordance with the delivery terms presented for that order.

We take care to provide realistic production and delivery estimates; however, international shipments can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather disruption or other unforeseen events.

Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact Mood & Spaces as soon as possible.

Once an artwork has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.

Additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be chargeable where permitted by applicable law.

We recommend inspecting your artwork and its packaging as soon as possible after delivery.

If there is visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph it before removing or disposing of the packaging.

If your artwork has been damaged in transit, please contact Mood & Spaces within 5 calendar days of delivery and retain the artwork and all original packaging.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active following collection by the delivery carrier.
